The Reception Area FAQ's

  • What is the maximum amount of guests that can fit in this space?

    • No more than 270 people.

  • What time can we get in and start decorating?

    • Venue access begins at 9:00am​

  • Can I have open flame candles burning in this space?

    • Absolutely!

​

  • Are chairs and tables included with this space?

    • Tables (round and rectangular)

    • Sweetheart table

    • Cocktail tables

    • Cake table

    • Black chiavari chairs

  • Where does my DJ set up?

    • In the North-West corner​

​

  • Where is Buffet Set up?

    • In the South-East corner

​

  • Where does my dessert get set up?

    • By the buffet set-up​

​

  • Where does cocktail hour happen?

    • In the reception area!​

    • You are able to host your cocktail hour in the Clocktower courtyard for an additional fee.

  • What color linens are included? Are napkins?

    • Black linens are included with the venue rental, as well as napkins in a variety of colors.​

​

  • Who sets up my decor?

    • You and your team!​

    • If you book our enhanced package, we take care of set-up for you.

  • Can I bring my own decor?

    • Absolutely!​

​

  • Do you Allow Plated Meals?

    • Yes.​

​

  • Do the lights go down?

    • All lights in the reception area are dimmable.​

​

  • Can I hang things from the ceiling?

    • No, due to the historic nature of the building, we do not have hanging infrastructure in the ceiling.​

​

  • Can I have my pet upstairs?

    • No, as there is food service happening in this area.​
